Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating product requirements documentation for software, website and mobile app.
- Manage backend administrative software in support of product rollouts and ongoing operations.
- Work with designers to develop graphics for software, mobile app and website.
- Write and edit content for website, blogs and press releases in conjunction with PR team.
- Able to follow up and respond to all communication in a timely manner.
- Able to react and change-course to drive results at a moment’s notice.
- Many aspects of the position will change as client needs change.
- Competitive and market research.
- Analyze trends such as web traffic and app downloads.
- Create and appropriately organize/file documents internally.
Required Education & Skills:
- BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Strong communication skills – you must enjoy interfacing across all levels of the company and across multiple disciplines.
- Some exposure to technical areas like Database and Software Development (preferred)
- Interested in pursuing career in Business Analysis and Product Management
- Ability to prepare wireframes using modern wireframing and prototyping tools
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Quick Learner
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
