Job Description

  • He is responsible for sales growth.
  • Ensuring no violation of instruction/SOP is committed by his team.
  • Designing strategies to plan how to cover the assigned region.
  • Responsible for channel wise split i.e. wholesale, retailer, general trade.
  • Making strategies to help its team achieve sales.
  • Ensures his and his teams sales target achievement.
  • Sales target achievement is based on: Budgeted and forecasted.
  • Responsible for forecasting and budgeting of sales.
  • On market visits for knowledge attainment.
  • Cost controlling and budget monitoring in order to not exceed it.
