Job Description

  • IBSTec One of the fastest growing service provider to its UK customers for Taxi service booking require candidates to answer inbound calls from our passengers and enter booking details on our system.

  • People who have previously lived in the UK will be preferred.
  • People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills preferably with foreign accent (British).
  • Experience in Call Centre Industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent skills in Customer Management.
  • Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
  • Goal-oriented, determined and high-achiever.
  • Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on a ROTA.
