Job Role:
- Managing all queries of existing/new clients.
- Giving quotations fulfilling client's needs.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service promoting services.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
- Resolve problems and assist customers.
- Accurate data input and maintenance of client information
- Ensure maximum security and confidentiality of customers' assets.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in British/American accents.
- Must have excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Time management skills.
- Must be sharp in customer dealing.
- Proven experience of customer services role
Timings:
- 1800 Hrs- 0700 Hrs (Monday - Friday) or as per client's demand.
