Ibstec is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented eBay Expert to oversee and expand our eBay store operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience managing eBay seller accounts, product listings, and order fulfillment. This role requires a thorough understanding of eCommerce best practices and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance with eBay policies. The eBay Expert is responsible for optimizing product listings, conducting market and competitor research, managing inventory, and implementing pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Strong communication skills are essential to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
The successful candidate has at least two years of experience handling full-cycle eBay store management from creating SEO-friendly product descriptions to monitoring performance metrics. This position involves working onsite at our Gulberg V, Lahore location during regular business hours. While this role does not include managing a team, it demands the ability to work independently and achieve set targets in a dynamic and professional environment. The eBay Expert plays a critical role in driving growth opportunities and maintaining a positive account health through strategic store management and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the eBay store, including product listings, inventory, order processing, and customer communication.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings using SEO best practices to improve visibility and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct thorough product research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implement effective pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability to drive sales growth.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing solutions to issues and managing returns or disputes as required.
- Monitor store performance by analyzing sales data, metrics, and account health reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Maintain full compliance with eBay’s policies and standards to protect the store’s reputation and avoid penalties.
- Develop and apply marketing and promotional initiatives within the eBay platform to increase product visibility and conversion rates.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track performance, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions for continuous improvement.
- Work independently to manage daily operations, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the eBay store.
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to align store activities with company objectives and ensure a consistent brand experience.
