Affairs to be conducted through Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP):
1. Registration of Private Ltd Companies/Listed Companies
2. Winding up of the Companies
3. Changes of Companies Directors
4. Registration of Companies Mortgages & its modifications
5. Filing of Companies Accounts
Filing of Sales Tax returns, WH Statements, Annual Return etc.
6. Filing of Companies Annual Return in Form "A" & "29"
7. Filing of other related compliance pertaining to Companies Ordinance-1984
8. Visits to SECP/SBP/IPO and coordinate with concerned officials in order to process the above cases
