Looking for Receivables Executive to be placed in Faisalabad.
Job Description
Ensuring accuracy of master data - regular review to ensure no missing fields, correct crystal status, correct sales tax registration status, address, email contact· Completeness of customer contracts·
Ensuring the each distributor of the region is called at least once in each month
Ensure all issues raised are resolved if related to finance or escalated and followed up if related to another department
Processing of customer claims within the 5 days SOP
Ensuring posting in the correct GL/CC
- Processing of incentives within the stipulated duration
- Monthly Reconciliation of TO and MPO and circulation of recon to each distributor
- Monthly Reconciliation of trade activity and circulation of recon to each distributor
- Processing of ROI claims.
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Circulation of pending claims tracker
- Review of ageing, credit check release and coordination for clearing
- Timely circulation of MT update
- Circulation of quarterly confirmations and follow up
- Follow up on distributor issues and circulation of portal issues tracker
- Review of sales journals and resolution of issues
- Monthly review of PODs
- Ensure that customers are receiving ledgers, invoices and credit notes timely
