Inventory Management. (Maintaining appropriate Inventory Levels)
Purchasing and placing orders for the Inventory
Recording purchase orders, bills and the inventory received at the warehouse
Coordinating with vendors with issues related to item availability, pricing, payments, returns, credits, shipment lead times and delivery
Identifying and resolving all the issues related to wrong pricing, errors in shipments etc with the supplier
Drop ships. (Placing orders with suppliers, coordinating shipping date, arranging shipment and pickup with the carrier, ensuring that the order is picked up on given time and delivered to the correct address and invoiced)
Maintenance and reconciliations of the Bank Accounts
Managing and reconciling vendor accounts
E-Mailing daily sales and deposit report
Making all the payments
Weekly Payroll (Time Calculation and payment)
Making Monthly Sales Tax Report
Calculating and verifying the amount of Duty
Coordinating with warehouse for daily shipments
Making Invoices, packing slips
Ensuring that all the shipments are properly documented, recorded and invoiced
Taking credit card information from customer, charging and recording all the Credit Card receipts
Giving credits and refunds to the customers
Maintaining Company Accounts and resolving all the issues related to the accounts
Investigating and resolving all the discrepancies related to pricing, Inventory, shipments,payments, deposits and accounts etc
Answering customer's queries related to accounts, invoices and payments
Answering supplier's queries regarding orders, shipments, outstanding dues etc
