Inventory Management. (Ensure that appropriate Inventory Levels are being maintained at all times)
Recording & verifying purchase orders, bills and the inventory received at the warehouse
Identifying and resolving all the issues related to wrong pricing, errors in shipments etc with the supplier
Maintenance and reconciliations of the Bank Accounts
Reconciling vendor accounts
Ensure that shipments are being tracked and coordinated with freight companies
Ensuring that all the shipments are properly documented, recorded and invoiced
Monitor that goods ordered are manufactured and shipped on time
Reporting on customer buying trend to take appropriate action and effective relationship management
Any other task given by the management.
