ICON Global is looking for a CSR Executive.
Qualifications: -
- At least a Bachelor's degree in communication or Sales/Marketing
- At least one year relevant experience
Job Duties:
- Respond to customers to provide information about products
- Receive orders, up sell & cross sell
- An individual who is active, energetic and a multi tasker
- Check emails and reply back, create Sales Orders
- Pick Slip orders and coordinate with Logistics team
- Make sure order is delivered & shipped promptly
- Encourage customers to give orders online, creating comfort level to place orders online-recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Job Type: Full-time
