The IT Officer will look after maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN.
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting over the network.
- Updating of anti virus software and ensuring backups on weekly basis. Installation and maintenance of wireless network and security implementation for secure network.
- Monitoring of performance and working condition of all network computers. Ensuring stand by support of computer and accessories.
- Ensuring email addresses are updated and other outlook related problems are solved.
- Network installation and routine backup of all data. Server backups and updates. Current running company software maintenance, update and new software development also required.
