Iconic seeks an experienced MCC & DDC Panels Assembler to join our skilled team responsible for assembling, wiring, and troubleshooting motor control center (MCC) and direct digital control (DDC) panels. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical wiring, panel assembly, and circuit testing, with the ability to interpret electrical schematics accurately. This role requires assembling complex control panels while ensuring excellent cable management and precise component identification. The candidate should be adept at using both hand and power tools safely and efficiently. In this position, you will lead and manage a team of helpers providing guidance and support to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols. You play a critical role in troubleshooting electrical components, particularly within MCC and DDC systems, ensuring all assemblies function according to design specifications. Your expertise also need in BMS wiring and termination which will also contribute significantly to the overall quality and reliability of control panels delivered by the company.

- Ticket to go to Pakistan after every 2 years
- You will be responsible for Iqama fee
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of assemblers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Assemble and wire MCC and DDC panels according to engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
- Perform circuit testing to verify the functionality and safety of assembled control panels.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects in electrical components and wiring to ensure reliable panel operation.
- Manage cable routing and secure termination to ensure neatness, durability, and compliance with electrical codes.
- Utilize hand and power tools proficiently for assembly, wiring, and component installation tasks.
- Oversee the assembly and troubleshooting of BMS wiring and termination in accordance with project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout assembly operations.
