Candidate should be:
(a) Graduate from recognized University
(b) Minimum (3-5 yrs) of relevant experience at the same level.
(c) Strong Spoken and Written Communication Skills
(d) Well versed in Computer(MS Office and Internet)
(e) Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills to manage and implement methodically (via) Staff members and Outside as desired and instructed - [Female Candidate- will be preferred].
(f) To Organize and Maintain Office, Plan/Assist him in the time management regarding his scheduled commitments. To handle day-to-day Office/Routine work efficiently including drafting, Minutes of the Meeting, Memos, General Secretarial and Administrative services.
