A leading indenting house has following Job opening for its Head Office(Karachi),
Candidate should have:
(a) Master degree holder with major in HR from HEC recognized University.
(b) Have at least (3 -5) years of HR experience.
(c) Will be responsible for all HR functions including recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, training & development, career planning, performance management, grievance handling.
(d) General administration matters and should be well conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to human resources.
(e) Strong spoken and written Communication skills
(f) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including power point)
(g) Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
