The ideal candidate will be an experienced managing director with extensive experience in building, managing and operating a SaaS platform providing influencer marketing advertising services to customers in the United States and Canada.
- This is a leadership position that requires the ability to build and coordinate sales, marketing and operations teams.
- The position will include P&L management responsibility and require the ability to work with and report to oversight management in Pakistan and executive management in the United States.
- The position requires variable work hours including US workday hours.
- The candidate will be expected to build a team of 10-15 headcounts by the end of 2020 and double or triple that in 2021. Budgeting, planning, forecasting and reporting are key requirements. 2 - 5 year revenue expectations are US$5 million annually. Compensation package will provide performance based enhancement.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills are a must.
- Digital and social media advertising specific experience is a requirement.
- The business has Fortune 500 clients and large agencies, as well as SMEs, the ability to build and manage the business at these levels is required.
