We are looking forward to adding highly motivated individuals at Night Shift, who can handle queries related to the Press Release Distribution, Customer Support, and Editorial Services on WordPress Editor tool, for international clients (particularly USA) via call, chat, and emails. Amongst these candidates, we will also look for Sales & Lead Generation Experts to add up to our sales team
- The candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, with the ability to multi-task.

Duties & Tasks:
- Provide customer support & technical queries resolution via call, chat & email.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.

- Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction.
