Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements into effective and engaging marketing materials
- Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Design with thought, context, information flow and speed techniques
Must have good command on following skills:
- Customize assets (vectors & pngs) for Videos
- Image Quality Enhancement
- Tracing
- Photo Manipulation
- Customize Vectors/Illustrations.
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
- Work with frontend developers to communicate idea/visions.
- Prepare low details wire frame for idea and translate approved idea into high-definition design drafts.
- UI/UX Designing: Designing websites and digital media landing pages for different niches which helps in sales and marketing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficient in widely used design software (including Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, InDesign, )
- Strong portfolio of illustrations, Web & graphic designing
- A unique design aesthetic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Highly self-motivated
- Preferably tech-savvy
- Preferably have know-how on designing for Digital Marketing
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Ability to identify anomalies.
- Ability to present a progress reports to the Senior Management on a regular basis.
