ICU Technician (Night Shift)

We are looking for a skilled and committed ICU Technician to join our Intensive Care Unit team. The successful candidate will have practical experience in a critical care environment and the technical expertise needed to support patient care during night shifts. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13C and demands dedication to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate ICU equipment to ensure it functions correctly and supports patient safety.
- Assist medical personnel with the setup, operation, and maintenance of life-support systems and other critical care devices.
- Perform routine checks and calibrations on ICU machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Observe patient vital signs closely and promptly report any abnormalities to the nursing and medical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and patient data in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Follow strict infection control and safety procedures within the ICU environment.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care during night shifts.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma as an ICU Technician from an institution affiliated with Sindh Medical Faculty.
- Between 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working in an Intensive Care Unit.
- Availability and willingness to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Strong knowledge of ICU equipment and patient monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a critical care setting.
