Job Duties/ Requirements
- Outstanding grammatical, writing and communication Skills in English.
- Expertise in writing software manuals or technical documents.
- Determine the needs of end users of tehnical documentation.
- Study product/ software samples and conduct interviews with product/software designers and
- developers.
- Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions.
- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding.
- Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos.
- Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers.
- Responsible for the revision of the documents.
