We are looking for a IT Officer who shall be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:-
· Ensure network security and connectivity.
· CCTV system management / CCTV Configurations.
· Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
· Able to communicate with staff, face to face to help set up systems or resolve issues.
· Diagnose troubleshooting system and network problems and solve hardware or software faults.
· Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems
· Replacing parts as required hardware & others.
· Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
· Supporting the roll-out of new applications
· Setting up new users' accounts user end and profiles and dealing with password & emails issues.
· Knowledge of Point of sales & POS printer scanner others equipment,
· Experience of successfully using computerized stock management systems
