Ideas Exchange is a new online global debating platform where people from all over the world connect simultaneously to discuss incredible topics such as ¨Racism in the 21st Century¨, ¨the Battle of the Sexes and Gender Equality¨, ¨Climate Change after COVID-19¨ etc.
Responsibilities:
- Moderate global online debates with people from all over the world at least once a month for 6 months. A debate lasts for a total of 2 and a half hours.
Requirements:
- Verbally literate and curious about learning from global minds
- High levels of social skills/empathy
- Energetic, creative and focused on teamwork
- Growth mindset and willing to build a unique project from the ground up
