IdeasUnlimited is a global BPO, providing business process support services to clients all over the world. We are a US-based company and we are looking to hire Project Coordinator from Pakistan to work remotely for us.
JOB DUTIES:
- Client and Worker Coordination Project Tracking, Monitoring and Performance Management
- Project Document Management and Reporting
- Facilitating Project Training's
- Facilitating Client Interviews
- Feedback Management
- Quality Assurance (Mandatory)
- Handling Emails
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- At least 2 years of Project Management, Sales or similar experience in any industry (staffing or BPO required)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of SQL preferred but not mandatory
- Smart, Tech Savy and Fast Learner
- Professional, Ethical and Punctual
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work from home:
- Quiet Place
- Good Computer (Core i5, 4 GB RAM)
- High-speed internet (5 Mbps)
- Headphone with mic (for meetings)
- Power back up (will be reimbursed in six months)
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 6 pm to 2 am Pakistan Time with 1 hour break
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Base: 40K - 50K PKR, Depending on Experience and Skillset
- Punctuality Bonus: 5K PKR
- Paid Leaves
- Small bonuses and certificate of achievements
- Increments: Once per year based on performance
Important Note:
- We will be using a monitoring software to check your work efficiency and productivity on a daily basis. The position does offer the comfort of working from home but demands the same efficiency, productivity, and professionalism of the industry.
- You will be signing a work agreement with our company. You will need to provide all the necessary legal documents to complete the hiring process.
- The recruitment/interviewing process will be done digitally (Skype).
