• Hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js
• Extensive use of APIs and understanding of HTTP and REST architecture
• Experience providing JSON-base RESTful web services
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with native JavaScript and JS frameworks such as Angular, AngularJs or React
• Experience using OO methodologies in designing software solutions
• Self-motivated, and able to independently implement needed improvements
• Experience with Nginx or other HTTP servers a plus
