Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of students abilities and needs using standardized educational testing and evaluation tools.
- Provide personalized career guidance tailored to the students academic and professional aspirations.
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans aligned with each students goals and examination requirements.
- Offer individual counseling sessions to address student concerns, improve motivation, and support academic success.
- Utilize knowledge of educational systems and assessment techniques to optimize student learning paths.
- Lead and manage a team of 10 education counselors, ensuring high performance and collaborative engagement.
- Maintain and enhance communication with students through consistent follow-ups, calls, and meetings to increase enrollment.
- Convince and enroll students using company-provided leads, showcasing the training institutes offerings effectively.
- Ensure excellent computer literacy in managing student data, scheduling, and reporting activities.
- Monitor student progress regularly and make adjustments to counseling and educational strategies as needed.
- Stay current with updates in IELTS, PTE, OET, and other relevant education and language proficiency programs to provide accurate guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline student enrollment processes and improve educational service delivery.
- Prepare reports on student enrollment statistics, counseling outcomes, and team performance for management review.
