IELTS/PTE Instructor

Pathways Global Education, a prominent education consultancy with 18 branches across Pakistan, is looking for a qualified and experienced IELTS & PTE Trainer to join its Johar Town, Lahore branch for evening classes. The organization prides itself on delivering high-quality test preparation and study abroad counseling with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, focused on achieving measurable results, and adept at creating engaging sessions that help students reach their target scores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS and PTE preparation classes in accordance with the approved curriculum and teaching methodology.
- Evaluate students’ language proficiency and provide personalized feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Prepare lesson plans, mock tests, and practice materials tailored to the specific needs of students.
- Regularly monitor and track student progress to ensure steady improvement.
- Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages student engagement and success.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- At least one year of proven experience teaching IELTS and/or PTE preparation courses.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IELTS and PTE test formats, scoring criteria, and effective test-taking strategies.
