HR functions:
• Provide administrative support for HR executives
• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
• Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
• Create reports for senior management
• Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Training Responsibilities:
• identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
• develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
• manage the delivery of training and development programs
• supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmers or schemes
