• Manage the sales operation functions through the given staff and keep close liaison with relevant departments for smooth functioning.
  • Ensure effective supply chain support through accurate MSLs and forecasting in coordination with field sales staff.
  • Timely collection & processing of distributor related claims, field expenses, petty cash requests and other administrative expenses as per Company Policy.
  • Ensure proper documentation / record of distributor profiles etc at head office.
  • Follow up for in time collection of sales proceeds.
  • Assist NSM in sales analysis, cost effectiveness, planning, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement.
  • Submission of reports to management as and when required.
  • Timely communication about any change in Company Policy/ Plans to concern departments.
