Must have 1-2 years of experience in Talent Management & HR Operations with exposure in the following areas:
Maintain resume database consisting of applicants from different sources.
Facilitate the interview process and manage the resumes and assessment records of candidates.
Process reference checks, handle employee documentation, maintain employee files and update HRIS for new employees.
Coordinate with training institutes for registration of nominees in case of external programs.
Assist in execution of employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain the record of employee training needs and actual training provided.
Responsible for monthly HR reporting and assist in other Policy development matters.
Responsible for overall operations of the HR department.
