We are looking for highly-motivated individuals who can assist in the localization of our Western and Asian content by translating/editing subtitle scripts and other materials
We like to look beyond job descriptions but these are the kind of things that you can expect to be involved with…
- You will be proofreading subtitles for our TV series & movies.
- You will be preparing a comprehensive report (in English) on each quality control process.
- You will be evaluating the quality of translation produced by freelancer candidates and providing consistent feedback and reviews
It would be great if you fit the requirements below but if you are fun, passionate and exciting we can overlook some of them…
- Strong grammar with ability to accurately translate spoken dialogue of a vast array of content
- Excellent English/Urdu speaker who is well-versed in various accents with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently under time constraints
- Ability to work with aggressive deadlines
- Ability to implement and conduct QA checks on translated subtitle files.
- Excellent editorial skills in order to conduct QC process.
