We are looking for an HR Manager for an international outbound call centre to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Location: (Near paradise bakery scheme 33)
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage and retain employees.
- Read and Develop specialized technical knowledge that may help to make recruitment process more efficient.
- Recruit candidates based on both hard & soft skills
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone and in-person).
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the managers.
- Preparing correspondence for disciplinary action or other employee issues
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Create a welcoming and motivating environment for employees
- Ensuring all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded
Requirement:
- Masters or Bachelor in HRM.(Preferred)
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Strong Communication, counselling and persuasive Skills
- Solid English verbal and written communication skills.

1 year, preference will be given to applicants with prior international BPO /call centre industry experience
