- Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
- Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.
- Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
- Making procedures for line side supply and Bill of material.
- Planning for the future targets of production to prepare the lots.
- To coordinate with the Store for damage parts ordering.
- To coordinate with Insurance department for the survey of damage parts.
- Making Standard Operating procedures for all sections.
- Arrange processing payments and invoices
- Monitor in house Inventory management software with current scenarios.
