We are currently seeking a Senior PHP Developer to join our team who can remotely work from home and has extensive experience in creating custom solutions both web and software, the ideal candidate for the position must possess the following skills:
Job Requirement:
- Must have experience in Codeigniter web framework.
- Strong SQL skills especially using MySQL with web technologies also can optimize the database. Also, Highly skilled in front end coding such as HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery / jQuery UI, Bootstrap and XML.
- Good command with Open Source platforms such as WordPress, Joomla and Magento, etc,
- Experience of building websites using the Responsive Design technique.
- Must be good in creating custom CMS and modules.
- Experience in E-Commerce applications, transactions through SSL using a payment gateway and knowledge of standard security practices
- Must be able to write code that has minimal bugs and may be required to write automated unit/functional tests.
- Multi-tasking, time and team management.
- A firm understanding of OOP, MVC architecture and the SOLID principles familiar with API integration via REST -full web services
- Proficiency in understanding application development including user interfaces, event handling and/or data binding.
- Developing, deploying and managing software across the full Continuous Delivery life -cycle.
- Supporting and trouble -shooting, occasionally outside of regular office hours when needed.
- A passion for technology beyond what is required to perform their daily tasks.
- Hands -on problem solving with a willingness to do whatever it takes complete an objective.
- The discipline to manage their own time and priorities, without the need for micro -management.
- Experience working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Self-starter with minimum supervision required.
- Ability to remain flexible during times of change and react to project adjustments and alterations promptly, efficiently and positively.
- Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints as necessary.
- Analyzing and recommending development strategies, process improvements and standards
- Good attitude and cooperative behavior with leadership qualities is strongly desired.
- Innovative and creative in his approach.
- Ability to write and test secure, clean and well-commented (documented) code.
