Qualification & Experience

- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work load
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient with and experience using content management systems and various social media platforms
