1. Greet, welcome and acknowledge each customer

2. Provide assistance to every individual customer

3. Up selling and cross selling of products

4. Guide and provide customers towards the desired books/products

5. Refer customers to the Outlet Manager in case of any issues/problems

6. Stay up to date on all promotions and special offers

7. Handling of Software

8. Support Manager Outlet on day to day affairs

9. Take orders in case of products not available in current stock.

10. Support in assorting of demands.

11. Compliance of SOPs.
