Islamic Insurance ( Window Takaful ) Agent duties and responsibilities
Islamic Insurance Agents use strongly developed interpersonal skills to increase the number of Islamic insurance policies an IGI - LIFE VITALITY agency sells. Islamic Insurance Agents have the following responsibilities:
- Promote the IGI LIFE (Window Takaful ) insurance agency to customers who need insurance
- Network with potential customers
- Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
- Evaluate current insurance policies (Life , Health , Protection & Future Savings) and recommend additional coverage when needed
- Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way
Duties of IGI - Islamic Takaful Insurance sales agents typically do the following:
- Call potential clients in order to expand their own customer base
- Interview prospective clients to get information about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage
- Explain the features of various policies
- Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or other changes
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Handle policy renewals
- Maintain electronic and paper records
Insurance sales agents commonly sell one or more types of insurance, such as , life, health, Protection for Families and long-term care of investment.
