Ihsan Sons Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Manager for Production and Quality Control to oversee tissue manufacturing operations at a high standard of efficiency and quality. This role demands hands-on leadership to supervise end-to-end production activities, ensuring the smooth functioning, timely scheduling, and quality compliance of tissue products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end tissue production operations to ensure smooth, continuous, and efficient manufacturing.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot tissue machines to optimize output and minimize downtime.
- Plan production schedules and manage raw materials to meet demand while reducing waste.
- Ensure finished products meet defined quality standards (GSM, strength, softness, moisture, dimensions, etc.).
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production and quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and machine performance.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, quality reports, inspections, and audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements across plant operations.
- Lead, train, and coordinate with Production, Electrical, and Quality Control teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
