Implementation security SOPs.
Implementation security policies.
Security staff training.
Responding to emergency situations.
Preventing and detecting offences at Factory.
Conducting searches of personnel, vehicles and bags etc.
Undertaking investigations into reports of offences.
Hire and recruit the best talented security staff.
Develop and initiate procedures to protect company’s fixed assets.
Security staff duty roaster and shift duties.
Enforces security measures.
Managing and providing effective leadership to the security team.
Ensuring the appropriate level of training is providing for all security staff on disasters, fire and bomb procedures, theft, use of security equipment and routine security duties.
Security staff weekly trainings.
Handle all matters of firemen.
Safety & protection of entire factory areas.
Fire extinguishers detail and expiry dates.
Firefighting team trainings every month.
Any other task as assigned by the admin manager and senior management.
