Ihsan Sons Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to oversee and maintain high-quality standards in all tissue product categories and related packing materials. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of tissue paper quality assessment, including various packing materials such as poly micron, corrugated cartons, and boxes. With at least three years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of all tissue paper categories to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct detailed inspections of packing materials including poly micron sheets, corrugated cartons, and boxes to verify quality and suitability for product packaging.
- Develop, document, and maintain quality records accurately using MS Office tools to track quality trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate quality processes with production, supply chain, and customer service activities.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics, non-conformance incidents, and improvements for management review and decision-making.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of quality records to maintain data integrity and facilitate easy retrieval during audits.
