- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
- Keep packaging material and finished goods in safe custody in such a way that its traceability and accessibility is easy to handle.
- All inward and outward movements of anything is recorded and stocks are updated showing balance quantity of each item.
- Get the quality checked material from QC department (Quality Control) to ascertain that quality of goods received is satisfactory and specifications are met with, before verifying the bill/Invoice of the vendor.
- Verify the stocks from production before placing in the racks.
- Material is issued in such a way that old inventory should be issued first (FIFO) and this practice should be followed strictly.
- Material should be arranged in store/warehouse in such a way that chance of damage is either eliminated or minimized.
- Maintain the temperature and humidity of warehouse/ store.
- Ensure that all lifting equipment used in warehouse are inspected from third party, mentioning the safe load and trained person is using lifting equipment.
- Ensure pest management in warehouse is properly implemented.
