• Achieve growth and hit real estate project sales revenue targets by executing the company's vision for growth and excellence
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base, driving revenue growth and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts & responsible for monitoring & reporting Sales team performance on daily / bi-weekly basis to Senior Management
• Identify leads for the project sales in emerging markets, upcoming real estate projects with renowned developers across Islamabad and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Responsible for driving incremental product growth through various Sales channels
• Act as a single point of contact for client portfolio ensuring SLA's are met and on-going relationship is successfully managed
• Out spoken and well presentable personality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of real estate marketing and selling experience.
Salary Range: 70-100k
