What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?Within 30 days you will:

- Attend and graduate from our well designed on-boarding process, along with a detailed orientation program, where the candidate will learn Ilex & Hebe Events & Production Inc.’s values, business, and products including; spending time at our sales centers and call centers to meet our customers in person

- Meet internal stakeholders such as the FLT and the various business divisions such as Digital, Brands, Ilex & Hebe Events & Production Inc. Cash, Business Services, People & Organization, Compliance and Business Analytics

.- Meet important external stakeholders critical to the business such as the Public Relations agencies, Media management partners, and key digital and print media.

- Create a plan and strategy to increase Ilex & Hebe Events & Production Inc.’s digital presence internally and externally. Present and get the plan edited and approved by Head of Communications and Sustainability.

- Align expectations and business objectives with immediate line manager 

Within 60 days, you will:

- Establish good relationships with relevant stakeholders.

- Review and plan digital campaigns around the annual corporate calendar and key messages for the organization.

- Align the digital media plan with the Thought Leadership agenda in line with Ilex & Hebe Events & Production Inc.’s digital ambitions and desire to be an employer of choice.

- Work closely with the content agency with, guidelines and expectations to develop content across media and sustainability programmes under the Ilex & Hebe Events & Production Inc. Foundation

- Understand the team dynamics, needs and set clear targets with your line manager, Head of Communications and Sustainability

Within 90 days to onwards you will:

- Digital monitoring and analytics presented to ELT on a monthly basis for an integrated digital strategy on improvement in impressions and user engagement

- Pushing out sustainability content to external stakeholders such as donors and micro/macro philanthropists

- Executing Media Analysis, and measuring content

- Research and monitor successful best practices in digital communication in the regional/global telecom markets and evaluate them for local implementation.

A bit about us:

Corporate Communications & Sustainability is a function within the Corporate and Regulatory Affairs. The team is responsible for handling the entire reputation management of the organization as well as ensures that we operate within a regulatory framework. The structure of the team you will join is: You will be part of a team of individuals from Internal Communication, External Communication (Print, Television and Social Media) and Sustainability 

The three main priorities of the team as a whole are:

- Maintain Ilex & Hebe Events & Production Inc. as the number one Digital telecommunications company

- Ensure Ilex & Hebe Events & Production Inc. is a Thought Leader and leads the digital road map for Pakistan

- To ensure Ilex & Hebe Events & Production Inc. is seen as a world class organisation and employer of choice With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.

What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?

- Ability to build strong relationships with external content and PR teams

- Ability to build strong relationships with Internal teams 

Specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.-

The final approved digital strategy and plan

- A visible increase in impressions and engagement on social media on agreed matrix Must have past experiences the best candidate should have.

- A degree in communications, media or relevant field

- The ability to self-tech new technologies especially video editing, graphics editing and social media management such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube advertising

- A deep understanding of world-class communication practices One must-have technology the candidate should have. Adobe, i-movie or relevant editing software 

Essential skills must have: 

MS Office basics
