Requirements for the IT person:
Networking:
- Server Installation/configuration (2008/2012)
- Working knowledge of LAN / WAN troubleshooting
- Active Directory installation / configuration
- Working knowledge of router/switches/firewalls
- Troubleshooting users complaints, computers, printer, fax, telephone issues
- Experience of First line support is a must
- Computer Assembling
- Computer Software Installations
- Ability to utilize computer operating systems utilities
- Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013
- Operating Systems (MS Windows XP, Win7, Win8)
- Keeping hardware & software inventory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft access is a must
