We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants with US/European recruitment firm experience
- English speaking is a must as well as excellent command of written English language
- Must have previous business and technology Staff recruitment consulting experience for corporations
- Must be knowledgeable about US locations and operations
- Must be able to work US calendar and time
- Minimum 5 years of professional working experience
Basic Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Recruitment of business, operations, and technology Staff for our US clients
- Manage Candidate Contact, Screening, Research, & Recruitment Database
- Search and find suitable candidates matching client requirements
- Conduct interviews and client required assessments
- Build strong candidate database and contacts
- Record daily activity and progress reports in the prescribed CRM system
- Participate in Weekly/Monthly Calls
- Oversee time & quality of candidate and client communications
- Document recruitment procedures and policies for future expansion
- Participate in Industry seminars for professional development and relationship building
- Submission of weekly performance reports and other administrative tasks on time
- This position will grow to be full time in the future
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
- English speaking, writing, reading
- HR or recruitment related degree preferred
- Recruitment experience in private sector MNC is required
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience is required
- Must know Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Develop and expand IMG Advisors' service offerings
- Champion core values of the Firm
