- Contact the prospective clients interested in various properties to offer them real estate deals
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Remain well informed of available projects.
- Arrange meetings of prospective clients with relevant Sales managers.
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are prepared, approved, signed and payment received
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
- Maintain good client relations to discuss future sales prospects.
- Basic English speaking skills to speak to overseas Pakistanis
Salary plus sales incentives will be provided.
