- Check with domain owner/stakeholders for changes required in existing set-up and new projects.
- Identify loopholes in existing business process and suggest solutions, get the solutions approved and implemented.
- Assess the domain with a bird's eye view.
- Monitor the analytics in real-time (visitors’ behavior, disputes, signups, bounce-offs, customer interaction on chat, phone, and emails).
- Check deliverables in real-time and give feedback to the operational departments (if and when required).
- Oversee all the operational activities relevant to that particular domain (disputes, refunds, lead generation, scheduling and nurturing, etc.).
- Coordinate with all the departments and meet requirements shared by the domain owner.
- IT-side error resolution of the software/websites in use.
- Checking with QA/Advertisement dept. for streamlining the lead generation and QA processes.
- Actively interact with functional departments and resolve the issues they report and meet the requirements they share (the realistic ones).
- Explore new business opportunities in the existing domain.
- Perform or assign a competitor analysis now and then and take decisions based on that analysis.
