Job position: International Inbound Sales & Customer Support Executive.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality, Sales and productivity.
- To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.
- Provide support to customers as per the standard procedure.
- To meet all the established quality benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with all company/client policies, procedures, and practices.
- To endure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidents are reported and highlighted.
Market Competitive salary will be offered with outstanding benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
