  •  International Inbound Sales & Customer Support Executive.

Qualifications:

  •  Minimum Bachelors.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality, Sales and productivity.
  • To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.
  • Provide support to customers as per the standard procedure.
  • To meet all the established quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with all company/client policies, procedures, and practices.
  • To endure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidents are reported and highlighted.
