• Greets and assist customers entering the center.
  • Working on a busy redemption counter where tickets earned by customers are exchanged for Prizes.
  • Ensuring that a receipt is provided to the customer at the end of each transaction.
  • Maintaining a record of transactions performed in a shift.
  • Reconciling sales at the end of each shift with cash collected and providing such reconciliation reports to the admin assistant.
  • Handling cash / credit & stock transactions effectively, exchanging cash for credits, as well as redeeming tickets for stock.
  • Implement shift scheduling; ensure redemption attendants provide the highest level of consistent.
  • Check all arcade equipment and redemption games at the start of the shift and that they are working properly; ensure that faulty machines are reported to the technical department.
  • Maintains a stocked redemption counter and wall.
  • Reports any and all technology issues to management when they occur.
  • Perform opening and closing inventory checks, oversee and assist in machine ticket meter readings.
  • Ensure that the visual display of the merchandise is appropriate and conducive for easy selection of prizes.
  • Assists customers when they are making prize selections.
  • To setup and control redemption ticket payout as well as prize payout, analyzing bestselling / worst selling line and make necessary changes to drive revenue.
  • Assist with floor operations as a game attendant on an as required basis; Implement and interpret policies and procedures to the staff.
  • Adds tickets to cards, combines cards and rounds card amounts in the best interest of the customer and the business.
  • Responsible for accurate cash and till management for their drawer when applicable.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings with the centers team.
  • Promptly informs Supervisor of any and all customer complaints or comments.
  • Informs Supervisor immediately of product shortages.
  • Manages staff shifts efficiently, especially on busy days and weekends.
  • Any other task assigned by his/her line manager.

 Technical:- 

  • Basic computer literacy
  • Analysis and report writing skills

  • Prior Experience in the Retail, F&B, Hospitality or Children Play School will be an asset.
