To ensure effective coordination, two-way communication support, and to maintain organizational standards and processes of day-to-day tasks, as the Front Desk Officer shall be the first image of the Organization. The job holder will make it certain that clients, customers, etc. are dealt with supreme courtesy as one of the main focuses of the position is to create a favorable image of the organization and present it keeping in view its reputation and commitment to service.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years’ experience in Front Desk Management/Reception
- Good Understanding of PABX System
- Excellent Speaking and Customer Services Skills
- Good written and spoken English.
- Time management skills.
- Good Interpersonal/communication skills.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Flexibility to respond to changing situations.
