Civil Engineer

A development company based in Lahore requires candidates for the job of “Civil Engineer” for its real estate project currently under construction in Lahore. To Manage all aspects of civil works, technical drawings, plans and ensure standardization of construction quality.

PEC registered Professional Engineer with 10 years experience

Must have experience of high-rise buildings and multistory buildings.

Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations

Liaising with a variety of professionals including architects, MEP consultants and subcontractors etc

To prepare a regular report, keep all site records and documentation updated

To ensure works done by subcontractors are compliant with all technical requirements, specifications, LDA bylaws etc

Making sure the project complies with standards especially health and safety.

To ensure work done is up to quality satisfaction grey structure, finishing, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works etc

To inspect and handle all materials delivery and proper storage at site.

Monitoring all Vendor / sub-cons’ work progress and dealing.
